Laurelwood Golf Course
Five sets of tees, smooth putting surfaces, a two-tier driving range and a newly renovated 19th hole? Laurelwood Golf Course provides all of that and more. What more could you ask for in a nine-hole course?
For nearly 90 years Laurelwood Golf Course, in Eugene Ore., has proved to be a formidable test for any golfer looking to get in nine holes deep in the heart of Duck country. The 3,212-yard public course is owned by the City of Eugene and operated by the Cask Course Corporation.
“Laurelwood Golf Course, Eugene. It used to be called ‘Laurelweed,’ but a lot of hard work has made it better. One special day I walked with the late Pinky Murphy, a Laurelwood regular for many years, as he played golf with friends on his 95th birthday.” – Ron Bellamy (retired sports editor of the Eugene Register-Guard)
