Support the Future

Supporting the future of golf by being a Patron is very rewarding. A portion of all contributions are tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes (U.S. residents only) as the PNGA is a 501c3 charitableorganization.

Contributors who decline to receive PNGA Patron merchandise may claim 100% of their donation as tax deductible. Each contributor will receive a tax receipt. Depending on the level of contribution, Patrons receive their choice of attractive PNGA Patron apparel items and golf products, such as golf club head covers which show your support of the PNGA and the game of golf.

Additionally, every PNGA Patron’s name is listed in the fall issue of Pacific Northwest Golfer magazine and on the PNGA’s website as recognition.

Follow the Programs

As a PNGA Patron of Golf, your contribution goes directly towards supporting worthwhile programs of the PNGA, as well as additional golf-related charities including:

PNGA Programs:

The 16 regional amateur championships conducted annually for men, women, seniors, and juniors; the Pacific Northwest Golf Hall of Fame; Pacific Northwest Golfer magazine; and the development of “Northwest Golf House,” the future, permanent home from the PNGA and its allied associations located at The Home Course in DuPont, Washington.

Junior Golf:

Programs throughout the region that introduce the game of golf, provide competition and/or instruction to youngsters – the future of the game.

Environmental Turfgrass Research:

The PNGA, in cooperation with Northwest universities, is developing techniques and products that enhance playing conditions in an environmentally friendly manner benefiting our Northwest golf courses.

The Evans Caddie Scholarship Program in the Northwest awards four-year, full tuition and housing scholarships to deserving caddies who have a financial need and outstanding grades, as well as other scholarships for kids who wish to pursue environmental and golf course management education.
