Here are a few. Seamus GolfAkbar Chisti started Seamus Golf in 2011 with his wife Megan out of their garage in Beaverton, Ore. Megan was a womens wear designer for Pendleton Wool at the time. When she mended one of Akbars personal headcovers, they both liked it and came up with other headcover designs. A sample ended up in the hands of someone at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, where Akbar caddied during college, and the resort booked his first order. Their first PGA Show was in 2012, where hed book meetings all over the floor and show his headcovers to anybody who would take a look. He didnt have a booth in the show, rather he just put some of his samples in his backpack and walked around. VannyVee SportsLast September, just six months ago, Vanessa Vanderzalm of Vancouver, B.C. created, on a whim, the first design of a tee holder, which she called the Eagle Caddy.
