b'CHIP SHOTSTwice as GoodIt was a good summer for barbecue, patio dining, gardening, and travel. Oh, and it was a very good summer for golfing twins doing really well in local championships. In July, Raina Ports, a senior on the University of Montana womens golf team, won the Montana State Womens Amateur, held at Canyon River Golf Club in Missoula. Finishing third was Hannah Portsyep, Rainas twin sister, also a senior on the golf team at UM. Benjamin and Bradley Mulder, identical twins from Spokane who now compete collegiately, both tied for 17th in the Washington Mens Amateur, tied for sixth in the Idaho Mens Amateur, competed in the PNGA Mens Amateur and Pacific Coast Amateur, and Ben made it to final qualifying of the U.S. Amateur.
