He put in a new driving range, improved course irrigation, fixed areas that needed repair, and has emphasized stay-and-play packages, with the RV park accounting for a large part of the revenue. He says golf rounds are up between 300 and 600 percent and yearly memberships are up nearly 400 percent. He also gives back to the game he loves.
