The U.S. Adaptive Open

Several players from the Northwest competed in the 2026 U.S. Adaptive Open, held July 6-8 at Woodmont CC in Rockville, Md., including Chris Oviatt of Milwaukie, Ore., Austin Brown of Richland, Wash., Brock Leitner of Summerland, B.C., and Michael Madsen of Meridian, Idaho. Podcaster Garrett Johnston, who hosts “Beyond the Clubhouse,” had a chance to chat with Leitner and Brown during the championship.
